Event Coordinator/ Manager (Russia & CIS)

Responsibilities:



    • Plan and execute events (meetups, VIP dinners, etc.) for Binance users across Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe  

    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (for venues, food, swag, etc.)

    • Liaise with high profile speakers and influencers

    • Manage a rolling calendar of local events and secure speaking opportunities across the region 

    • Monitor events progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience




Requirements:



    • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an event coordinator or similar role, preferably in tech or finance

    • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management, others.

    • Portfolio of successful events

    • Native or near-native Russian speaker. Advanced business English is a MUST. 

    • A strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space is highly desirable.

    • Strong work professionalism to work remote with global marketing team members.

    • University degree relating to marketing or PR is a plus.
