Flockjay retrains jobseekers from non-traditional and underrepresented backgrounds to significantly increase their income and get future-proof tech sales & partnerships jobs. We provide job-ready tech skills, connect you directly with leading tech companies, and support you well after you’re hired, so you can launch your career and change your life. Our live, online program is $0-upfront, debt-free, and inclusive. We only get paid if you get a job.
The Tech Sales & Partnerships Learning Program will empower you to learn advanced sales from experts, remotely. You’ll get personal training, mentorship, and direct access to top tech jobs. You will feel supported from a life-long community of mentorship and support.
Through this Learning Program you will:
- Learn to qualify, prospect, and build a repeatable sales process with software.
- Build your network. Get to know Heads of Sales at the fastest-growing companies.
- Get access to the best jobs in tech with warm introductions and interview training.
- Learn with your schedule. Instruction happens online after 5pm PST, Mon-Thurs.
You are expected to commit to learning 15 hours per week for 12 weeks. This includes 8 weeks of live, online classes from 5pm-8pm PST, Mon-Thurs, where you learn from the world’s leading sales experts, and 4 weeks of actual sales projects, job introductions, and placement.
This position requires no prior experience in sales. A passion for human connection and technology helps. We are looking for jobseekers who are curious, coachable, conscientious, empathetic, and driven to succeed.
