You’re a skilled Site Reliability Engineer. We’re looking for 3-5 years of experience in practicing infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform, working with Kubernetes clusters and implementing high availability / resilience patterns at scale.
You’re an excellent written communicator. We’re also a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Zapier.
You believe relationships are critical to success. The SRE team interact with every other engineering team in the organization and maintaining great relationships and communicating effectively with those teams on a regular basis is a key to success.
You’re an expert at diagnosing performance issues. Keeping zapier running efficiently is a main part of this role, so being able to diagnose the cause of slow downs on task processing to the root cause and tune the performance issue goes a long way.
