Who You Are:
The Learning Team is at the core of Flockjay. It consists of Flockjay staff, trainers, and TA’s who all work together to teach, support, and coach our Tech Fellows. As a Class Producer, you will be responsible for the program execution of an individual class. This includes responsibility for up to 40 Tech Fellows, and up to 6 contractors. This role is interwoven with several other stakeholders who are critical to the success of Flockjay, and you will be at the center of it.
Our class producer will be someone with an operational background, a strong orientation towards detail and an ability to manage several deadlines, technical tools, and communication channels at once. For this role you must be someone who can clearly assign responsibilities, set targets and hit those targets.
As class producer, you must be able to execute quickly and efficiently. We are also looking for a team member who is grounded in the “Why” of the work that we do and understands that at the end of the day, our Tech Fellows come first.
This position is also fully remote, however, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
