About the Role
The Kraken Client Engagement team continues to grow at an astounding rate. We continue to hire as many talented agents as we can find. This relentless growth means we need to scale our department structure simultaneously.
We are accepting applicants for a Client Onboarding Supervisor, as we scale our onboarding team to meet the demands of the industry. Through coaching and mentoring, Client Onboarding Supervisors help develop the talent and expertise within the team to ensure high net worth and business clients are onboarded with expediency and security.
The client onboarding team is the first point of contact for new clients. This team is focused on serving individual and institutional traders. Our mission is to provide outstanding support that begins and fosters lasting relationships with them, and thus pave the way to greater crypto adoption.
This is a fully remote role requiring English fluency. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
