Our team is in search of a Compensation & People Operations Analyst to help us change the way digital products are designed.


About the Team:


We are seeking someone who is passionate about building a world-class People Operations and Compensation function supporting a completely distributed global workforce. You will own many key areas for our team while also having the flexibility in your role to work on many career-building projects. What you’ll do:



  • Support InVision’s HRIS System, Paylocity, and processes; including maintaining employee information, making system changes, troubleshooting, and completing frequent audits to ensure information accuracy.

  • Support managers and employees during employee offboarding ensuring flawless communication and execution.


  • Administer and help develop broad-based Global Compensation Programs including:

    • Base Pay and salary structure design

    • Internal Job Architecture design and job placement

    • Incentive plan design and administration

    • Equity allocation and plan design



  • Provide analytic support to help guide HR Partners and Business Leaders when making compensation decisions


What you’ll bring: 



  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience with compensation philosophies, programs and practices

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information

  • Paylocity experience a plus

  • A collaborative and flexible style, with a passion for thinking creatively and continuous improvement

  • Self-starter, problem solver and a highly organized task master

  • 2+ years Compensation experience required
