This position requires an analytical and data-driven mindset, an obsession with detail, a passion for process development, and operational focus. Prior experience in education and instructional design, content management, a proven track record of success, strong people-, organizational-, and communication skills are all highly encouraged.





What You’ll Do:



    • Plan, execute, and manage the launch of learning programs at Flockjay 

    • Develop Flockjay’s learning content strategy and oversee the building of our content, library, and resources 

    • Work closely with our CEO, product team, and customers to continually improve the product learning and experience 

    • Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts, both internal and external, to develop new lessons, courses, learning paths, and certifications across different formats

    • Develop systems of feedback to improve the effectiveness of our learning content continually 

    • Build out the Learning Team for the Flockjay platform, including hiring and managing Curriculum designers (FTE or PT) and Trainers and coaches (PT)




What You’ll Bring:



    • Prior success - you have at least 3-5 years experience in content management, instructional design, or program management role 

    • High level of awareness of the L&D landscape to help develop quality and differentiated sales learning program

    • Experience in teaching and/or developing learning programs, with a specific skill of analyzing program effectiveness

    • Time and people management - You are ruthless about your goals and can motivate others to stay on track

    • Grit - you’re willing to take the initiative and work autonomously, knowing you have the full support of the team

    • Organizational Skills - you’re able to juggle multiple initiatives with ease and make sense of ambiguity

    • EQ + IQ - you’re able to quickly build relationships with others and empathize with their challenges or needs
