Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:



    • Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions

    • Handle escalated customer support issues through live chat and other online tools

    • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools

    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

    • Ensure those customer support agents are informed about changes to company products and services or any other important information regarding company services

    • Analyze statistics and check the quality of answers provided by customer support agents

    • Train and mentor new customer service agents

    • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis




Requirements:



    • College degree or above

    • Proficient in English with clear and logical communication in the language. Proficiency in Spanish/Portugues/French/Italian/German is a plus, but not necessary

    • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service managing role, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry

    • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit

    • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation

    • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts

    • Positive about the crypto industry
