Our team is in search of a Director of Scaled Revenue to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

The Director of Scaled Revenue is responsible for revenue growth & customer retention programs focused on minimizing churn and maximizing expansion reporting to the VP Sales - Americas. This role also has responsibilities for leading strategy and execution for business development and inside sales. In this leadership role, there are functional responsibilities including Customer Advisory, Executive Engagement, Advocacy Programs, Renewal Operations, and Customer Insights / Business Intelligence.

This role is to be the voice of the customer to InVision's executive team and provide feedback and direction on how to grow & retain the marketing driven account base.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple teams of RMs, ISR/BDRs & AEs through a Director and Manager structure operating in an inside sales and lead gen environment

  • Drives the account management strategy for assigned clients in an effort to grow the relationship, uncover additional opportunities where discovery can enhance customer’s business and grow the accounts, incrementally increasing revenue

  • Own and manage the entire sales process/cycle from top to bottom & shape the sales strategy

  • Set and achieve revenue & renewals targets according to company goals/sales conversion metrics & monthly or annual sales goals

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to generate leads and develop & optimize messaging to increase sales team effectiveness

  • Own the overall team performance and pacing towards our client’s business goals • Be a subject matter expert in your domain, constantly review the market to determine customer’s changing needs

  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with both current clients and new prospects

  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track activity and update lead and opportunity information

What you’ll bring: 

  • 10+ years of inside and/or field sales experience, preferably within fast-growing SaaS and/or outsourced sales-based model

  • 5+ years experience in leading Inside SDR/AE/CSM teams working closely with other business units to drive GTM outcomes

  • BA/BAS degree is required

  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive KPIs

  • Experience working using a CRM for prospecting, forecasting and reporting • Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
