IT Helpdesk Engineer

Binance is looking for a IT helpdesk to support our Team. This position can be located in U.S. and Canada.



Responsibilities:



    • Maintain computers and peripheral equipment

    • Handle server and network maintenance

    • Provide hardware and software support for Binance teams




Requirements:



    • Responsibility, good collaboration, humility, and ability to deliver dependently

    • Computer or related major is preferred

    • Have a strong sense of security

    • Experience with the installation and troubleshooting of the existing mainstream system

    • A sophisticated understanding of the underlying technology of the network and experience with the TCP/IP protocol's working principle

    • Experience with the construction and usage of standard servers

    • Experience in financial bank support is a big plus

    • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a big plus
