Our team is in search of a Manager, Renewals to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

Our Customer Facing Team is an extremely collaborative, fast paced, and enthusiastic group responsible for securing and expanding our existing relationships as we continue to evolve our product and strategy on how we accomplish our goals. 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee one of our renewals teams as a leader to scale both near term and long term initiatives

  • Support Renewal Managers by participating and leading client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, BizTech, and other cross functional partners internally to to develop and optimize the multiple stages of the renewal process

  • Implement best in class customer experience for scaled transactional renewals through to strategic account management

  • Report internally on renewals activity and revenue forecast

  • Actively attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, while maintaining headcount targets

What you’ll bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience managing customer facing professionals in a high growth, quickly evolving saas environment  

  • Demonstrated focus on a data driven sales model

  • Ability to inspire and lead with empathy

  • Organization and project management skills

  • Bias towards immediate action and results

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with competing goals

  • Hardworking, persistent, dependable, positive and enthusiastic
