Product Manager - Authentication and Enterprise Security

Our team is in search of a Product Manager to help us change the way digital products are designed.


About the Team:


The Authentication & Enterprise Security squad works on products that manage our customer’s identity, access, security, and compliance needs in InVision’s core services. As the product lead, you’ll be responsible for some of the most business critical systems ensuring they are as simple and frictionless as possible to meet the needs of our self-service and Enterprise customers. Additionally, you’ll collaborate proactively with Product Managers across the business to understand upcoming product needs and build shared solutions. 


What you'll do: 



  • Define and drive our authentication and enterprise security roadmap working collaboratively with engineering, product, and stakeholders across the company

  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to identify areas of investment to meet enterprise security and compliance needs of our customers

  • Identify and manage both internal & external dependencies across squads as we manage identity across our product suite to give customers a unified authentication experience

  • Proactively engage with product and engineering managers across the InVision business to identify opportunities to evolve our authentication strategy and to support upcoming initiatives that will require platform changes; work with your team to deliver new services and capabilities on time

  • Write simple, clear documentation that aligns your team around problems to solve and functional specifications for the solutions that you’ll collectively deliver

  • Collaborate consistently with your team to define, own, and deliver meaningful and measurable results (includes instrumentation, monitoring, analysis and reporting); share and celebrate in your team’s successes


What you’ll bring:



  • 5+ years in Product Management roles

  • Experience working in SaaS companies and/or startups is a plus

  • Experience with authentication and enterprise security (IDPs, SSO, SCIM, OAuth, EKM, BYOK, SIEM, FedRAMP) is a big plus

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

  • Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to thrive in a variable and demanding scale-up environment
