Sales Coach, Shopify Plus (Remote, Europe)

To accelerate our growth, we’re searching for exceptional sales leaders to join the team at Shopify Plus. Their mission will be to develop our talent, break down walls and grow our business. They will help define the processes, run the experiments, and grow the people. This team will be critical to our success and will have the opportunity to impact Shopify and setup Plus for long term success.

 

The role will report under the Revenue organization working specifically on our Upgrades and Sales Concierge team, coaching and mentoring a team of commerce specialists with a focus on upgrading high-growth merchants within the Shopify ecosystem across EMEA.

Responsibilities:



    • Build our people and create a dynamic high-performing environment.

    • Hire, inspire, support and coach a team of sales reps, prioritizing the right behaviours and growing Plus revenue.

    • Drive change. Be proactive with the business, identify opportunities, build projects and deliver to the finish line.

    • Leverage data and process to increase business efficiency, creating valuable systems that make us better.

    • Build strong relationships with teams across the Plus organisation.

    • Helping change enterprise commerce and contributing to the overall strategy and growth of Plus.

    • Sell software to some of the fastest growing and largest organizations on the planet.
