Our team is in search of a Salesforce Administrator to help us change the way digital products are designed.

About the Team:

Our Business Technology (BizTech) team is a collaborative, fast-paced group of go-getters and go-givers driven by the desire to enable the business to function effectively, efficiently, and profitably through the acquisition and deployment of stable, scalable SaaS applications. We tackle interesting problems, work collaboratively on scalable solutions, and relentlessly drive for efficiencies to grow our business -- all with the enthusiasm of the Slack Party Parrot (look it up).

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day system administration (e.g., user provisioning, security, etc.) and support with user requests, as well as admin configuration work (e.g., workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, etc.) to further develop and scale the system.

  • Partner with business analysts and developers to help support the development of new business processes, integrations, or applications.

  • Interface with 3rd party vendors to ensure the ongoing health of our installed packages.

  • Maintain the overall health of a system through reporting and regular auditing.

  • Work cross-functionally to maintain, support, and enhance system integrations.

  • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases.

What you’ll bring: 

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Design or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrable proficiency in specific technology relevant to client needs.

  • 2+ years Salesforce Admin experience, preferably in a SaaS company.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, Advanced Administrator (or working towards Advanced Administrator) is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.

  • Experience with managing installed packages, utilities, and application integrations (e.g., billing systems, marketing automation tools, etc.).
