Who You Are:
As our Senior Admissions Advisor, you will be critical to fulfilling Flockjay’s mission of empowering upward mobility for jobseekers from non-traditional and underrepresented backgrounds. You will combine your proven track record for running high functioning sales motions with your empathy for under represented talent to drive the strategic direction and execution of how we select the best and brightest Flockjay applicants to our learning programs.
To do so, you will use your analytical horsepower to ensure we are building a human-first, data-driven admissions process with an eye towards moving applicants through the funnel in the most efficient way possible. You will work cross-functionally with other leaders at Flockjay to determine the ideal customer profile for students and build the process and systems for assessing and evaluating skills and competencies. You will partner with the Growth Team to run admissions events, build collateral, and optimize the admissions funnel.
In this role you’ll report to our Admissions Manager, work closely with other senior leaders and collaborate with other admissions advisors on the team!
