We're seeking a Senior HR Analyst to join our People Operations team! This is a full-time role and can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. People Operations is the foundation of Medium’s People Team by focusing on continuously improving the employee experience via technology optimization, streamlined processes, total rewards administration and ensuring all solutions are in compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.
The Senior HR Analyst role will add tremendous value by providing reports, dashboards and insights to enable Medium to make the right business decisions, proactively identify areas of opportunity and continuously improve to move the business forward.
