Our team is in search of a VP, North American Sales to help us change the way digital products are designed.


About the Team:


Our Customer Facing Team is an extremely collaborative, fast paced, and enthusiastic group responsible for securing net-new relationships in addition to growing our existing relationships as we continue to evolve our product and strategy on how we accomplish our goals.


What you’ll do:



  • Oversee our sales organization as a leader while partnering with segment leaders to develop specific strategies to scale both near term and long term

  • Implement target account sales and account based marketing to Fortune 5000 companies

  • Manage and hire across a number of sales functions, including enterprise and strategic sales teams

  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading  client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Partner closely with marketing and other cross functional partners internally to to develop and optimize the multiple stages of the lead funnels - by source and sales touch-points

  • Report internally on sales activity and revenue forecast

  • Actively attract, recruit, and onboard top sales talent, while maintaining headcount targets


What you’ll bring: 



  • 15+ years of experience managing target account sales leaders as well as teams in a high growth, quickly evolving saas environment  

  • Proven success managing leaders of high performing sales teams

  • Extensive experience selling into C-Level functions at Fortune 5000 companies

  • Skilled in new business and expansion sales motions 

  • Demonstrated focus on a data driven sales model

  • Ability to inspire and lead with empathy

  • Organization and project management skills

  • Bias towards immediate action and results

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with competing goals

  • Hardworking, persistent, dependable, positive and enthusiastic
